Today we dyed eggs. I always dream of dyeing brown farm eggs a pale shade of robin's egg blue. My two little boys have other ideas. My day will come when I can dye Easter eggs that glorious pale shade - until then, I will enjoy having little monsters spill and slosh the bright colors all over the counter, always being sure to wipe their hands on their pajamas. (409 left to sit on the spills for a few minutes makes stained counters dye free again!)
